Over 80 members came together on a baking hot day in July to help raise money for a very worthy cause of East Anglian Air Ambulance. With a mass exercise class as well as raffle, tombola and auction the afternoon finished with a wonderful afternoon tea and a very informative talk from the Air Ambulance.
