Upper body mobility has a big impact on our everyday life and since having a frozen shoulder during lockdown this has made it very clear to me the importance of keeping the upper body mobile. So this exercise helps to open out the shoulder joint and strengthen the upper back. Enjoy x only add the lunges if your knees are happy with it x
