1 - I hope you enjoy our new current warm up which can be done to any type of 4 beat music so why not try it to your favourite piece. Doing it slower doesn’t always mean easier so give it ago it will make your moves bigger and encourage better mobility. The routine works all the major joints in the body so a great way to exercise each day and the faster your music the harder you are working the cardiovascular system. So your choice and let me know how you get on.
